GETTING STARTED
Your MX records should include your own 'main' domain name as a prefix. You should use the same MX records for all domains you add to our system. Example: If your main domain name is 'example.com', your MX records should read:
Priority example-com.mx1-us.mailanyone.net. 10
Example: If your main domain name is 'example.com', your smarthosts should read:
example-com.outbound1-us.mailanyone.net
To ensure spammers cannot bypass our system and deliver mail directly to your server, we recommend you lock down your network so that your mailserver is only able to receive SMTP connections from our platform. To ensure that this is achieved, please configure your firewall or mail server to only accept connections on port 25 from only the IP ranges below: Recommended - For maximum redundancy, allow access from all of our US ranges:
We encourage setting up an SPF text record in your domains DNS which designates our SMTP mail servers as authorized servers to send on behalf of your domain. Please note that if you do not already have an SPF text record you will need to add in IP's and domains that encompass ALL of the mail servers that you use to send mail from.
