5.7.1 SPF Not Authorized
Posted by Carlos Rios on 15 November 2017 02:08 PM

This is not an error generated by the Reflexion Total Control service.

This indicates that the receiving server is utilizing SPF validation to ensure mail senders match SPF records. If the server is an inbound server receiving filtered mail from Reflexion, the SPF checking should be disabled on the server.

If this is a message being sent outbound through the Reflexion Total Control service, then the SPF record for the client will need to be modified to include Reflexion as an authorized sender.

You will want to make sure that your domain has the following added to its SPF:

v=spf1 ip4: ip4: ~all

ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (, allowed domains:,localhost, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
