Manually Unspool Messages from the Queue

If you experienced a system failure and Reflexion was spooling mail, it is possible to force the system to begin unspooling mail:

  1. Log in to the Control Panel ( using your solution provider credentials
  2. Click on the customer's name
  3. Click on Enterprise
  4. Click on Enterprise Properties
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the window and click Unspool Message Queue

ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (, allowed domains:,localhost, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
