Enable RADAR Archiving

  1. Log in to Reflexion ( using your solution provider credentials
  2. Click on the customer you would like to enable archiving for
  3. Click on Solutions in the top menu
  4. Click on Archiving

You can select Archiving Lite, which only archives emails for a maximum of 60 days. 

You can also select whether or not you want to enable archiving for all users. If you do not activate archiving for all mailboxes, you can turn archiving on for specific mailboxes by going to that mailbox, click on Solutions and selecting Archiving > Settings.

ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (, allowed domains:,localhost, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
