Log in to the Reflexion Management Console (https://asp.reflexion.net), click on Customers, then the Customer menu on the top menu bar and Custom Messages.
Once there, click the Load Default button and you will see the eight default templates:
1. Challenge Confirm
2. Challenge Link
3. Password Reminder
4. Quarantine Summary
5. Change of Address
6. Change of Address Reminder
7. Hard Bounce
8. Welcome Message
For those who are not familiar with XML coding, the black text below is required, while the red text is able to be modified. The functions that have been capitalized are required (ex: <OLD-ADDRESS>, <NEW-ADDRESS>).

In order to insert your logo into each template message, you will need to save your logo as a *.gif or *.jpg image that is less than 5 KB in size and convert it to Base64. The easiest way to convert your logo to Base64 is by clicking "Encode image as Base64-XML" from the Custom Message screen. Once converted, you will be presented with a large block of data that needs to be pasted within the Custom Messages window.
In the Custom Messages window, scroll until you see the following:

Copy the Base64 data. You will need to replace everything between <data> and </data>. Once done, hit Save. To view the new changes, you can resend the welcome message or quarantine summary to yourself.
