What do I do when a bounce reports "host not found" when trying to send a message?

This indicates that the DNS server the sending email system is using does not have an entry for the recipient's domain or mail server. This could be caused by the recipient's DNS or bad DNS information on the sending side. Connectivity issues between the sending email system and the DNS server could also cause this problem.

ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (, allowed domains:,localhost, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
