Description

When attempting to send outbound messages, mail queues on the server and logs show an error “No SMTP service here”

 

Cause

This error indicates one of three things:

 

1.     There is no IP address listed under outbound servers in the control console

2.     The IP listed under outbound server in the control console is incorrect.

3.     A new or updated IP has been added under outbound servers on the control console and replication has not completed

 

 

Resolution/Workaround

Verify that the IP address listed under outbound servers in the control console is correct. Our servers will not accept outbound email from an IP that is not listed in the control console.  Allow up to 1 hour for complete replication of any new or updated IP address.


ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (cms.orlinpilot.com), allowed domains: support.excelmicro.com, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
