How to Remove Email Address, Domain or IP Address from Sender Allow List
 
Answer:

To remove one or more email addresses, domains or IP addresses from the policy sender allow list please follow these steps:

 

  1. Login to the Control Console
  2. Click the Email Protection
  3. Select Policies
  4. Highlight the desired inbound policy
  5. Click Allow/Deny
  6. Click Sender Allow
  7. Highlight the desired email address, domain or IP address and click<<Remove
  8. Click Save to accept the changes

ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (cms.orlinpilot.com), allowed domains: support.excelmicro.com,localhost, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
