Adding to Domain-Level Sender Allow List

How do I add entries to the domain-level sender allow list?


Administrators can add one or more domains, IP addresses or CIDR ranges to the domain-level sender allow list by following these steps:


  1. Login to the Control Console
  2. Click the Email Protection tab
  3. Select Policies then click the Inbound Policies link
  4. Highlight the desired inbound policy and click Edit
  5. Click the Allow/Deny Tab
  6. Click Sender Allow
  7. Add the desired domain name, IP address or CIDR range to the Add Address box
  8. Click Add
  9. Click Save to accept the changes
  10. Allow 15 minutes for full replication

ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (, allowed domains:,localhost, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
