McAfee Alert: SaaS Email and Web Security Updates

Dear Customer,

To improve the functionality of our McAfee® SaaS Email and Web Protection services, we will be completing maintenance on Saturday, December 17th between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) which will result in periods of service impact for McAfee® SaaS Email Protection and McAfee® SaaS Web Protection. Spam filtering and web filtering will remain functional, but some features within the McAfee® Control Console will be unavailable.

If you currently manage your McAfee® SaaS Web Protection service from the McAfee® Control Console, you will be impacted by this outage.
If you are a McAfee® Web Gateway Cloud Service customer, you will not be impacted by this outage.

This maintenance may be completed prior to the end times stated above, however, we are reserving the entire window to ensure adequate support for these enhancements. During this maintenance window, Intel Security personnel will be available to address any unexpected issues.
