Zimbra: Certificate error and instructions to correct 04/10/2017

Xmission/Zimbra SSL Cert Alert:


Zimbra is currently aware of an SSL Cert failure when trying to connect to /.


As we continue to resolve the issue, we ask to please change your inbound server routing from to directly. This temporary workaround will help resolve your email issues.


Please see screen shots below to help further in changing your inbound server.






ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (, allowed domains:, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
